Warm Heart Wednesday Week 20

Week 20

It occurred to me the other day that sometimes I am stuck in the bad...not seeing or recognizing the good as often as I should.

I allow myself to be filled with weight and worry and woes.

Not always.

But sometimes too often.

I forget to remember the wonderful small, positive things that happen each week...a card in the mail, someone holding a store door or asking where I get my hair cut, a funny little story, or a ray of sunshine warming my face.

Warm Heart Wednesday is for me.   To start remembering.  And to make a journal of joy.

I hope you will consider joining me on this adventure by sharing something that made YOUR heart warm over the past week.  I think it will be fun and uplifting to read your ongoing journals as well.

Warm Heart Wednesday #20.

It's difficult not to be stuck in the bad when you don't feel well. I've been in quite a bit of pain lately. Sometimes I feel stuck in the bad, but it's getting better. This evening my right eye burns, and it's watering so much I look as if I'm sobbing. My hands ache (maybe this is what it feels like to have arthritis), and I have some nasty bruises. How shall I solve these problems? I shall go out for afternoon tea tomorrow with Carol.

Love,
Janie

Hi sweet friend,

I just came by to see how you are and to tell you I miss you!

I'll have to come up with some Warm Heart ideas so I can join you again.

My heart is especially warm right now because my son and grandson are living with me for a few months and I couldn't be happier!!

All my best to you and yours...
